Hillaby, Ivan

Ivan passed away in the early hours of January 6, 2016. He was survived by his loving family, and good friends. Ivan had said that he had no regrets, and had been lucky to do the things that he loved in his lifetime. When Ivan was a young man, he was able to ride the range and be a Cowboy, which he loved. He was able to do this job for about twenty years, and then moved on to work for CPR Railways for thirty years until he retired. Ivan’s other loves were his music and leather work, at which he both excelled. He loved to crack jokes and make people laugh, while he entertained them with his beautiful music.
We would like to thank the ER staff, Dr. Ballard, Dr. Moon, and nurse Shae on the fourth floor at Royal Inland Hospital. We appreciated your thoughtfulness and care.
