Ray Hansen, of Vernon, BC, passed away on August 8th, 2019, at 73 years of age. Ray was born in Kamloops and grew up in and around Barriere BC area. He spent the last 20+ years in Vernon BC as a small engine mechanic. He was an avid motor sports enthusiast with a passion for photography. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

A Celebration of Ray’s Life will take place at 1:00pm on Saturday, September 21st, 2019, at Bethany Baptist Church, 4614 Barriere Town Rd, Barriere, BC, with inurnment to follow at Barriere Memorial Cemetery. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the caring, and amazing, staff of floor 6 at the Vernon Jubilee Hospital.

Donations in Ray’s memory may be made to the Vernon Jubilee Hospital or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
