Halvorsen, Gordon "Keith" Lowden

December 22, 1931 – November 5, 2016
Keith was born in Killiam, AB., and was raised in Ymir, BC. He joined the military at 18 and served for 23 years, living in Germany and postings all across Canada. Keith then worked for Port-A-Built in Spruce Grove and then continued his career with Imperial Oil in the north. Keith and Moira moved to Blind Bay in November of 1979. They then moved to Sorrento in 1999 where Keith enjoyed the Wood Workers Build. They then moved to Kamloops in 2014. Keith enjoyed every aspect of his working career and his retirement. He enjoyed life.

Keith leaves to mourn his loving wife Moira Halvorsen of 61 years. Children: Jody Halvorsen of St. Albert, Rolf (Cindy) Halvorsen of Edmonton, Charles Halvorsen of Edmonton. Grandchildren: Hailey Muir of La Baie, QC., Caleigh Muir of Canmore, AB., Krista Halvorsen of Calgary, Laura Halvorsen of Calgary, Eric Halvorsen of Chicago, and Dana Halvorsen of Edmonton. Brothers and Sisters: Sharon Tucker of Enchant, AB., Marion Maertz of Calgary and nieces and nephews.
