Serge Gauthier of Kamloops passed away on January 31, 2017 at 70 years of age.

He is survived by his daughter Trina (Denny) Bannatyne of Paska Lake, grandson EJ Bannetyne, brothers and sisters Francine Plummer, Renald (Marie) Grauthier, Rejean (Pat) Gauthier as well as numerous nieces and nephews

Serge is predeceased by his son Eric Gauthier, his brother Jacques Gauthier and brother in law Ronald Plummer.

Serge was born in Quebec and he moved to Irquois Falls, Ontario at age nine. He followed in his father’s footsteps and became a well known and well loved mechanic. He moved his family to Kamloops in 1980 where he continued his career. He was an active member of the Anavets for many years where he was involved in many pool tournaments and made many long lasting friendships. Closest to Serges’s heart was his treasured grandson EJ.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
