February 13, 1942 – December 29, 2019

It is with great sadness that we announce that Arthur Murray Epton passed away 29 December 2019. Arthur was predeceased by his parents, Howard and Bonita, sister Margaret (Ivan), brother Harold (Lorraine), son in law William Black and loving friend, Eleanor Stewart and her son Noah. Survived by his sisters Alice and Violet, his children Harold (Linda) and Bonita (Michael), grandchildren Sarah, Codey-Gérard, Victoria and Rory, Eleanor’s daughter Kathie and son Christoper and many nephews and nieces. Arthur was born in Atlin, BC and grew up in the lower mainland. He joined the RCAF in 1961. He retired at Mt Lolo, CFS Kamloops. He took every moment to fish and golf. The family would like to thank the Staff @ Gemstone Care Centre for their care, compassion and support during his time there. A big thanks to his companion John for taking him on outings. A reception will be held in the Schoening Funeral Home Tearoom on Saturday, 4 January, 2020 at 1030 a.m. It was his wish to be cremated.
