April 4, 1965 – November 27, 2020

Dion Patrick Robertson, age 55, of Surrey, British Columbia passed away November 27, 2020 in Kamloops where he made fond childhood memories and learned to love the outdoors.

Dion travelled extensively as a successful Sales Representative but always looked forward to getting home to his family, that he adored so much. His true love was his family. He cherished what our land had to offer, and had a passion for mountain biking. Dion made certain he would carefully guide his son, Tyson and soul mate, Rina through the life journey he enjoyed so much by taking their hands. He also liked hiking, kayaking, camping and being free to find peace and joy in every moment life presented.

Dion has finally been set free of the Early-Onset Alzheimer’s he was diagnosed with just a few years ago. He is at peace now.

Dion had a zest for life and will be remembered for his infectious laugh, twinkling smile and fearless nature to accept life for all it’s ups and downs. He helped others to find strength through life and we know he served his purpose. Dion will be sadly missed and is survived by his wife, Rina; his son, Tyson; his parents, Gary & Joan; his siblings, Leanne (Gary), Clint (Kelly) and Brent (Wendy) and many nieces and nephews.

Dion had a special way of connecting with people. He loved getting together and laughing with friends, reminiscing of old hot rods, bikes, new trails and exciting adventures. We hope to honour Dion Robertson with a celebration of life at some point in the future.
