Julie MollyAnn Cowan of Kamloops, BC, passed away on June 18, 2016, surrounded by her loved ones. Julie was 47 years of age.
Julie is survived by her four daughters, Jamie (Thomas), Amanda, Grace and Shaylyn; her siblings, Tim, Quent and Kim Cowan; and her grandchildren, Brooklyn and Parker. She is predeceased by her mother, Dawn (Sharwyn) Iwanik.
Julie was a devoted mother, sister and friend. She was a dedicated, longstanding employee of Independent Grocer. She will be remembered for her commitment to her family and to her work. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
A small group of family and close friends will gather at Riverside Park on August 20, 2016 for a Celebration of Julie’s Life. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Julie’s memory to the Canadian Mental Health Association at www.cmha.ca
A tree will be planted in Julie’s memory at Riverside Park, in the fall of 2016.
