August 9, 1955 – December 29, 2023

Clyde Forrest passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 68 in Kamloops, B.C. He was born in Burnaby on August 9, 1955, but spent most of his life in Victoria. He is survived by his two children, older sister and younger brother.

Clyde was a dreamer with a free spirit and a big heart. He wore many different hats in his life – a runner, a postal worker, and an IT professional to name a few. He will be remembered for his great sense of humour, love of nature, and ability to give a great hug.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Kamloops Food Bank as an expression of sympathy.
