In Loving Memory of Gordon Christensen, born in St. Paul, Alberta, on October 16, 1958, passed away in Kamloops, BC on July 27, 2018.

God saw you getting tired,
When a cure was not to be.
So He closed his arms around you,
and whispered, “come to me.”
You didn’t deserve what you went through,
So He gave you rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful,
He only takes the best
And when I saw you sleeping,
So peaceful and free from pain
We could not wish you back
To suffer that again.

He is lovingly remembered by his sisters Joan Chornohus of Kamloops, BC, Shirley Klein, Edmonton, AB, Carol Christensen, Costa Rica, and his brother, Howard Christensen of Edmonton. Gord was predeceased by parents Roy and Patricia Christensen of St. Paul, AB; three brothers Ronald, Gary and Kenneth of Edmonton and by sister Arlene of Kamloops. We are deeply grateful for Russ Ferguson and Dr. Odubole, and all the care givers that helped Gordon out over the years. We love and will miss you Gord. Private family arrangements have been made.
