December 5, 1956 – April 14, 2024 

Passed peacefully away at the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Memorial Hospice Kamloops, B.C. 

Survived by her rock and pillar of strength, husband Kevin, her loving Mother Dixie Benson, her children Debbi (Darren Wilson), Nathan (Shannon) and Melissa. Her cherished grandchildren Cassie (Sean Warren), Darzia (Mike), Alethea, Yana, and Nikos. 

Also survived by brothers and sisters, Rocky, Terry, Tom (Brenda), Wonda (Ken Wichert) Ginny (Rick Coady), Lisa (Rodger Tiller). Brothers in law, Michael (Claudia) and Andrew (Leah), several nieces, nephews, god daughters, cousins and friends from Newfoundland to British Columbia. 

As per Lynne’s request, cremation has taken place, donations may be made to the Hospice (www.kamloopshospice.com) or plant a flowering tree or flowers and remember her every time they bloom. 

A sincere thank you to all the staff and wonderful volunteers at the Hospice. Their dedication and compassion was second to none. 

“Never look for me in a graveyard, under a headstone in an endless field. 

I was meant for ashes under a blooming Magnolia tree nurturing the butterflies, birds and the bees.”
