1985 – 2017

It is with profound sorrow and sadness that we announce the death of our deeply beloved son, Steven. During his short life, Steven touched many people with his humour and love. He spent many hours writing and playing his guitar and enjoying fishing adventures. His curiosity and love for a party were boundless. He was a true free spirit, living for the day. Steve will be missed an remembered by the many who knew and loved him. Steve is survived by his brokenhearted parents, Dave (Shanamay) Baxter, Roseanne (Rich) Kovasin , sister Taylor (Dylan), grandpa Tom and grandma Betty. We wish to thank Steve’s numerous community of friends in Kamloops and Courtenay and the Trout Creek crew who provided support and assistance during this very difficult time. A celebration of Steve’s life will be held at 4169 Forfar Rd. (off York Rd.) in Campbell River B.C. from 12:00 to 4 pm.
