Thompson Blazers going to KIBIHT final

KAMLOOPS —- The Thompson Zone Blazers from Kamloops will play in the tier one final at the Kamloops International Bantam Hockey Tournament.    The Blazers defeated the Edmonton KC Squires 6-3 in a semifinal to remain undefeated at 5-and-0.     Thompson Zone will play the Alaska North Stars for the KIBIHT championship Sunday afternoon at McArthur Island.

Meanwhile the Kamloops Junior Blazers will play in the consolation final in the tier two division.    The Junior Blazers lost to OHA in the semi final and will play the East Kootenay Ice Sunday morning at 7am for third and fourth place.
