Kamloops expecting snow over the next 24 hours

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops could experience a taste of snow over the next 24 hours. 

Environment Canada says snow could fall after midnight tonight, November 8th, with 2-4 centimeters falling.

Temperatures will continue on the cool side through the weekend, but sunny skies should return by the afternoon of November 9th. 

On the highways- 2 centimeters of snow are expected Thursday night on all sections of the Coquihalla Highway. 

Friday, we're expecting 2-4 centimeters of snow between Hope and Merritt, lesser amounts between Merritt and Kamloops, and on the Okanagan Connector.
