VANCOUVER —   With less than 10 days to go before the vote that will choose his successor, Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson says he believes he's leaving the city in good shape.
Robertson opted not to run in the October 20th municipal election and says that after a decade as mayor, he's left the city with greener transportation options, balanced books, low unemployment and a large number of rental housing developments approved.
But he's also leaving some big problems behind -- including the deadly overdose crisis and skyrocketing housing prices that have forced people out of the city.
