House hit by bullet in Williams Lake

WILLIAMS LAKE, B.C. — Residents of a home in Williams Lake escaped injury early this morning after a bullet struck their home.

North District RCMP Cpl. Madonna Saunderson says the bullet hit the home, which is located in the 300 block of Ninth Avenue, at 1:20 a.m.

“Investigation to date suggests that there were two males responsible and as such, one male has been identified and has been arrested by Williams Lake RCMP,” she says.

No word yet on any possible charges.
