KAMLOOPS — B.C. Health Minister Adrian Dix has announced EllisDon as the proponent of Royal Inland Hospital’s Patient Care Tower.

He says that means detailed design work on the $417 million project can now begin.

“I’m really excited about this, we’re now ahead of schedule,” Dix says. “The project is a sign of our commitment to Kamloops.”

He says today’s announcement allows EllisDon to start to mobilize its construction team.
