KAMLOOPS — A memorial service will be held this Saturday for a young Kamloops woman who was killed when she fell from the top of a waterfall in Wells Gray Provincial Park.

21 year old Moraya Harrison died June 13 after a fall from the top of Spahats Creek Falls.

RCMP said Harrison was with three other people when she fell between 400 and 500 feet.

An obituary posted to CFJC Today notes Harrison died doing what she loved: exploring picturesque British Columbia with her friends.
