KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Film Festival kicks off March 1 for its 22nd year.

Over the course of 10 days, the Paramount Theatre will be home to more than twenty of the very best films from Canada and around the world. One of the films includes Indian Horse, based on a book written by award-winning Kamloops Author Richard Wagamese. The film sheds light on the dark history of Canada’s Residential Schools. Organizers are hoping filmgoers embrace the festival culture, as more than just an opportunity to see a film.

Festival-goers can purchase individual tickets, as well as 5-film – 10-film and full-festival passes.
