VANCOUVER —    Vancouver police say 30 officers are investigating the targeted Saturday evening shooting on a city street that severely injured two people — one of them a 15-year-old innocent bystander — but no arrests have been made.

The teen, from Coquitlam, and a man in his 20s who police believe was the target of the attack, remain in hospital and police say the older victim has potentially life-threatening injuries following the shooting in the busy commercial and residential area.

A man in his 30s, who police say was not a target, was also slightly hurt but was treated at the scene and released.

Details of what happened remain murky but Sergeant Jason Robillard  says there are indications that gunfire was exchanged and investigators hope to speak to anyone who may have dash-cam video of the shooting, or have other details about the attack.
