Real estate market humming along in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops real estate market shows no signs of slowing down.

New numbers from the Kamloops and District Real Estate Association show there were 246 units sold last month, up from 228 units sold in November 2016.

The Sagebrush neighbourhood edged out Brocklehurst for the most sales with 21 units sold. Brock was just one behind at 20. Norh Kamloops had the third highest total with 19 sales.

The median residential price in Kamloops was $430,000. Taking the surrounding district into account, it was $395,000.
