KAMLOOPS — If you have any relevant video or pictures from last Friday's shooting incident in Kamloops, the RCMP would love to hear from you.

The police have set up a designated email address for information from the public regarding the incident that led up to a suspect barricading himself in a residence in G&M Trailer Park.

"We're asking the public that if you have not yet spoken to a police officer and you observed any of these events specifically and have any relevant video or pictures of the gunfire or pursuit to please email them to [email protected]," said Cpl. Jodi Shelkie.

Friday's incident started on Nanaimo Street on the North Shore, continued across the Halston Bridge and into the Mt. Paul Industrial area where the exchange of gunfire occurred.

35-year old Shane Caron is facing several charges in relation to the event including four counts of attempted murder.
