KAMLOOPS — With an estimated 30,000 people in Kamloops without a family doctor, organizers of the Got No Doc discussion event planned for this evening don’t believe they’ll have a problem with turnout.

Organizer Nancy Bepple says it’s important that people’s stories are heard.

“What I am hoping to get out of it is that people get a voice. There are a lot of people that are just very frustrated with the situation. They don’t know what to do, they’re doing the best they can, and they don’t see any solution,” explained Bepple.

Bepple is running for the NDP nomination in Kamloops-South Thompson, but says this event is not partisan in nature.
