Kamloops man goes to great heights for wedding proposal

KAMLOOPS — It was just another Friday afternoon for most employees in Downtown Kamloops, including Kelsey O’Bray, a Lawyer at HMZ Law.
Little did Kelsey know, a three hour meeting late in the afternoon with her boss on a Friday would turn into something she would never forget, for all the right reasons.
She entered the meeting, and a surprise appeared outside the 6th floor window – her boyfriend Brandon Lazar, a window cleaner by trade was there with a question to ask, “will you marry me?”
As you can see in the video below, the answer was exactly what he was after.
