We first brought you the story of illegal dumping outside of the St. Vincent De Paul Society yesterday, an organization on the north shore that helps people in need; lately it’s turned into a dumping ground for people dropping off their garbage and unwanted goods. It turns out this problem is not unique to St. Vincent De Paul. ReStore in Sahali, a non-profit that sells new and gently used items, is also seeing the same problem, and it’s affecting their bottom line. Now, they are looking to the city for help.
