KAMLOOPS — With 2025 underway, some Kamloops residents are endeavouring to better themselves with New Year’s resolutions.
CFJC Today hit the streets on Friday (Jan. 3) to gather opinions on resolutions, and checked in with a clinical counsellor for professional insight on the matter.
