Thompson-Nicola Film Commission unveils interactive film location map

KAMLOOPS — If you’ve ever wondered where certain movie scenes or commercials were filmed around the Kamloops region, wonder no more.
The Thompson-Nicola Film Commission (TNFC) has put together an interactive online map showcasing more than 350 different productions using its own Past Production database.
In addition to its location, the map displays details about each production, including links to where it can be viewed.
“The movie map is a testament to the incredible variety of locations in the Thompson-Nicola region,” said TNFC Film Commissioner Terri Hadwin in a news release. “We’re thrilled to offer this resource to both film enthusiasts and visitors, showcasing how our unique landscapes and communities have played starring roles in productions from around the world.”
