Truck stolen out of Kamloops found and recovered in Lillooet: RCMP

LILLOOET, B.C. — A vehicle reported stolen out of Kamloops was found in Lillooet.
Lillooet RCMP say a caller reported he had found his stolen black Dodge Ram 2500 parked on 11th Avenue at around 2:00 a.m. Saturday (Dec. 7).
In a news release issued Sunday evening, RCMP say an officer attended and confirmed it to be the stolen vehicle. It was unoccupied and there were no items inside that were evidential.
RCMP say the owner had his vehicle key and was able to drive it back to Kamloops without issue, and the Kamloops detachment was told of the recovery.
