Kamloops MLAs expect to be in constituency offices by early December
KAMLOOPS — The two BC Conservative MLAs in Kamloops expect to be in their new offices by early December, now that they’ve both been sworn into office as part of the Official Opposition.
Kamloops-Centre MLA Peter Milobar says both he and Kamloops-North Thompson MLA Ward Stamer are currently working out his soon-to-be former office at 618 Tranquille Rd. in north Kamloops.
“Ward wasn’t able to find an office within the boundaries of his riding that was going to be accessible quickly so he’s taking over my existing space on the Kamloops north shore,” Milobar said.
“I’m going to be taking over Todd Stone’s old space, which is actually the geographic centre of my new Kamloops-Centre riding.”
