Search efforts persist, three years since suspicious disappearance of Shannon White
KAMLOOPS — It’s now been three years since Shannon White, a 32-year-old woman living in Kamloops, went missing after not showing up for work. Extensive searches have been conducted throughout the Kamloops area, involving RCMP, the Serious Crimes Unit, and the Search Recovery and Detection K9’s of BC.
Police have previously stated it’s believed White is the victim of foul play. And friends and family of Shannon want to continue exploring every possible avenue to determine what happened to her.
On the anniversary of her disappearance, Angela Hulsman and other friends in the Jeep community White was apart of are lighting up their vehicles for a city-wide convoy. The group will meet Friday evening (Nov. 1) in the Aberdeen Mall parking lot, and drive through Kamloops streets together.
