March 21, 1930 – September 17, 2024   

Helen Mary Klatt nee Edgeworth, born March 21, 1930, in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. Went to ‘Kick Butt’ on the other side, September 17, 2024, at Overlander Residential Care. Helen followed her brother Bert to Kamloops and has been here ever since except for following her husband Gary to Vancouver, Port Hardy, always coming back to Kamloops. Helen & Gary were married in Kamloops in 1960 and did a lot of travelling, whether by car or on Gary’s plane. Helen was an avid curler, lawn bowler and softball player well into her 80’s. She enjoyed camping, fishing and cribbage. Helen’s quirky sense of humour made many laugh and many question her! 

Predeceased by her husband Gary in 2015, one sister Margaret, brothers Orval, Bert, Bob & Ken. Left to cherish her memory are her sisters Olive Proctor and Hazel Edgeworth and brother-in-law John Gunn. Also many nieces and nephews. 

A very sincere thank you to the staff of South Park Overlander for the wonderful care you gave her. You are Angels. 

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
