Evacuation alert issued for Tatelkuz Lake area due to wildfire danger

Williams Lake, B.C. — An evacuation alert has been issued by Cariboo Regional District at the Emergency Operations Centre for 33 parcels in the Tatelkuz Lake area.

The alert was issued on Sunday (July 21) due to the potential danger to life and health due to wildfire.

Residents will be given as much advance notice as possible prior to evacuation, but may receive limited notice due to changing conditions.
