Kamloops Broncos drop home opener to Rebels of Langford

KAMLOOPS — Colton Meikle had more than 100 yards receiving for his Kamloops Broncos in a losing effort on Saturday (July 20) at Hillside Stadium.

The Westshore Rebels of Langford posted a 43-27 victory over Kamloops to start their B.C. Football Conference title defence with a victory.

Kamloops (0-1) will travel to Chilliwack next weekend to square off against the Valley Huskers, who had a bye in Week 1.
