RCMP seek public’s help finding unique jewelry stolen from Valleyview address
KAMLOOPS — RCMP would like your help tracking down a unique pendant stolen from a property in Valleyview earlier this month.
The distinct rectangular blue pendant was taken from an address in the 1800-block of East Trans Canada Highway. It bears a gold flower in the middle, inlaid with diamonds, and a pearl perimeter.
Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says the theft victims are also missing a purple velvet Crown Royal bag that contained jewellery including watches and chains. A pair of pearl earrings and an emerald green ring are also missing.
“The items hold significant value to the owner, who is fearful that someone may be trying to sell the pieces,” said Evelyn. “If anyone recognizes the jewelry and knows someone who has it, or has come across the items for sale online or somewhere else, please contact police as soon as possible so that we may further the investigation.”
