Venom to host Tigers in TOJLL final opener

KAMLOOPS — Game 1 of the best-of-five Thompson-Okanagan Junior Lacrosse League final will take place on Sunday in the Snake Pit.

The No. 1-ranked Kamloops Venom will play host to the No. 2 Vernon Tigers, with game time slated for 7 p.m. at Memorial Arena.

Kamloops swept the No. 4 South Okanagan Flames of Penicton 2-0 in their best-of-three semifinal series.

Vernon vanquished the No. 3 Kelowna Kodiaks 2-0 in the other semifinal.
