WCT begins search for new executive director

KAMLOOPS — Western Canada Theatre (WCT) is looking for a new leader.
The Kamloops-based theatre company is bidding adieu to Executive Director Leslie Biles, who is returning to her hometown of Calgary.
Biles was hired in November 2022, having previously served as president of operations with Calgary’s Arts Commons.
“Kamloops is wonderfully warm and welcoming and the love and support that Kamloopsians have for Western Canada Theatre has been a highlight of my time here,” said Biles in a news release. “As I move on to my next chapter, I am going to miss living in Kamloops almost as much as I will miss the WCT team!”
