May 28, 1932 – February 28, 2024

It is with great sadness the family of Donalda Elizabeth Waltbauer announces her peaceful passing at Marjorie Willoughby Hospice Home on February 28, 2024, at the age of 91.

Donalda will be remembered by her three daughters: Marlene Waltbauer of Winnipeg, Debbie (Brian) Arvay of Savona, and Kelly (Andy) Waltbauer of Kamloops. Also, she leaves behind her cherished two grandchildren, Justin (Kelsi) Arvay of Kamloops, and Jennifer (Jared) Demasi of Savona, and also six great-grandchildren: Lydia, Everly, Carter, Braxton, Hank, and Georgia.

She is survived by her brother Dave Smith of Dauphin, MB, sister Jean Robinson of Regina, SK, sister-in-law Diana Smith of Portage La Prairie MB, and many nieces and nephews. Donalda is predeceased by Husband Otto Waltbauer, her Brother Clifford Smith, sister Jacquie Dyck, her sister-in-law Carol Smith, and her brother-in-law Mike Robinson.

Donalda was born on May 28, 1932, in Dauphin, MB. She met and married Otto Waltbauer in Winnipeg, MB, in 1957. They had three daughters (Marlene, Debbie, Kelly). The family moved to Savona, B.C. in 1973.

Donalda’s grandchildren Justin and Jennifer were her pride and joy. She was a loving and caring great grandmother to six great grandchildren.

You could always find Donalda shopping, crocheting blankets, or telling wonderful stories of her family to anyone that would listen.

There will be a private family service held for Donalda.
