Winning ticket for $35 million Lotto Max jackpot sold in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — A lottery ticket sold in Kamloops has produced another multi-millionaire.

According to Lotto Max’s online prize breakdown, one of two tickets matching all seven numbers for Tuesday’s (July 25) $70 million draw was sold in Kamloops. The other ticket was sold in Alberta. The winner of the Kamloops ticket takes home $35 million.

It’s the first time in two years that a Lotto Max jackpot winner purchased their ticket in Kamloops.

Elsewhere, Lotto Max says a ticket sold in the Shuswap was a co-winner of a Maxmillions prize. That ticket takes home $500,000.
