Police involved death in Chase under investigation

CHASE, B.C. — An investigation has been launched into a police-involved death of a person in Chase.

The Independent Investigations Office of B.C. opened a probe into the circumstances of the death.

The police watchdog stated the incident occurred Friday, May 26.

As of time of publication the investigation was open and in progress, and no further information was provided.
