KAMLOOPS – Just when many thought the time of COVID-19 outbreaks was in the rearview mirror, Interior Heath declared two in Kamloops in less than a week.
IH tells CFJC News one outbreak was declared at Royal Inland Hospital in unit 5 South on April 15.
According to the health authority, a total of seven patients have tested positive for the virus related to this outbreak. The first case onset was April 7, IH said.
