4-person altercation over debt in Salmon Arm sees 2 people injured
SALMON ARM, B.C. — A four-person brawl involving a car sent two people to Shuswap Lake General Hospital in Salmon Arm Monday (Mar. 6).
In a news release, RCMP say the incident began Monday afternoon at about 4:25 p.m., in the 1100-block of Lakeshore Drive SW in Salmon Arm.
Investigators believe the altercation began with a pair of people confronting another pair about money owed.
Two men who felt they were owed money used an object to damage a vehicle being occupied by the other pair. When the pair in the vehicle tried to drive off, they hit one of the men, leading to a physical confrontation involving all parties.
