VIDEO: Kamloops MP Caputo pays tribute to retiring mayor Christian in House of Commons

OTTAWA — Tuesday (Nov. 1) is Ken Christian’s last day as an elected official in Kamloops.

Christian will hand over the mayor’s gavel to Reid Hamer-Jackson at the inaugural Kamloops council meeting Tuesday evening, ending 29 years of elected service.

Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo MP Frank Caputo paid tribute to Christian in the House of Commons earlier in the day.
