Two incumbents return, two newcomers join Ashcroft council

ASHCROFT, B.C. — Ashcroft’s new-look council will see a mix of familiar and less familiar faces.
Incumbents Jonah Anstett and Nadine Davenport will fill two of the four council spots.
They will be joined by Doreen Lambert and Jessica Clement. Joris Ekering came up short.
Ashcroft residents already knew Barbara Roden would return for a second term as mayor. She was acclaimed as the only person to put their name forward for candidacy.
