Man arrested after reportedly breaking into North Shore business and stealing cash

KAMLOOPS — A man was arrested in connection to a break-in on the North Shore Tuesday (Aug. 23) morning.
Kamloops RCMP say cash was stolen from a register in a business on the 500-block of Tranquille Road.
Police say they reviewed video surveillance and sent an image of the man to other officers at the detachment. He was arrested on Wednesday (Aug. 24) and released with a court date and conditions.
Anyone who witnessed the break-in, or has information related to it, is asked to contact Kamloops RCMP.
