KAMLOOPS — It’s not winning $500 in a game of Monopoly, but Kamloops residents will have some free parking Friday (July 8) — at least temporarily.
In a social media post, the City of Kamloops states that pay stations are unavailable due to Rogers’ wireless network outage. The City says payment will be restored once the network has been fixed.
While payment is not required at this time, the City reminds drivers that parking time limits still apply and are monitored.
