QUESNEL, B.C. — RCMP arrested a 33-year-old man after he fled from police in the Quesnel area.
Quesnel RCMP Sgt. Clay Kronebusch says the suspect was arrested at approximately 11 p.m. on July 1 on outstanding warrants.
Police found the man driving in the Bouchie Lake area before he fled from police.
“Police were able to deploy a spike belt and disable the vehicle. The suspect was able to make it to the residence of an associate where he abandoned his vehicle, was able to get to a second vehicle and attempted to flee again,” says Kronebusch.
