Mother of three recovering after single motorcycle crash on Paul Lake Road

KAMLOOPS — One woman is recovering after crashing on a motorcycle the afternoon of June 22.

Michelle Ens was driving on Paul Lake Road when she hit gravel, according to her sister, Melissa Toews.

“It just essentially pulled her into the ditch where she crashed and flew off her motorcycle,” said Toews.

Ens broke her hip, several ribs and suffered a concussion. She stayed at Royal Inland Hospital for a week and is now at home, unable to bear weight or walk for around three months.

Toews has set up a GoFundMe to help with costs as Ens takes time off to recover.
