Kamloops real estate market takes March breather
KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops real estate market took a breath in March after some eye-popping price increases to begin the year.
According to new statistics distributed by the Association of Interior Realtors, the average sale price of a single-family home was just under $796,000 last month — a 17 per cent increase from last March but down by $24,000 from a month earlier.
There were a total of 326 residential sales in the Kamloops area last month, down by 15 per cent from March of 2021.
The association notes it took an average of 32 days to sell a single-family residence.
