Public asked for help identifying Williams Lake robbery suspect

WILLIAMS LAKE, B.C. — Williams Lake Mounties are hoping the public can help identify a suspect from an early morning robbery on March 9, 2022.

The suspect entered the 7-11 on Proctor Street just after 4:00 am, pepper spraying the employee and demanding cash and cigarettes. The man left empty-handed following the encounter.

He is described at a First Nations man in his 30’s, approximately 5’7″ with short hair and a medium build. He was last seen wearing a green hoodie and mask.
