KAMLOOPS — Kamloops is the number 11 growth city in Canada, according to moving van rental company U-Haul.

The company tracks the number of trucks leaving or arriving in a city to calculate the U-Haul Growth Index. Kamloops was the third highest B.C city on the list at number 11, behind Kelowna in sixth and North Vancouver in 10th.

Number one in Canada was North Bay, ON, followed by Belleville, ON.

B.C. ranked second in growth provinces this year, down from last year when the province tied for first with New Brunswick.
