Elderly woman has purse stolen in downtown Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP say an elderly woman had her purse stolen in a parkade located in the 300-block of Lansdowne Street.

Police say the woman was walking from one level of the parkade to another when one of two men grabbed her purse.

The men ran away in separate directions.

The purse is described as a small black leather purse with a strap.
